BayesPost is an independent performance-measurement and data-continuity platform for brand–agency operations. It records operational work, measures results, and maintains continuous, comparable history. The Service does not automatically post, upvote, or comment on third-party platforms.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The Service is for business use by individuals aged 18 or over.
Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment provider on a recurring basis (see our Pricing page). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices exclude applicable taxes and may change with prior notice.
You retain rights to the data you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the Service. We (and our licensors) retain all rights to the Service software, design, and platform. You may export data you are authorized to access, as described in our Privacy Policy.
BayesPost measures and records operational work and observable outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific marketing, engagement, ranking, or business result, and we do not determine or arbitrate the price or value of any agency contract. Measurements and scores are provided for informational purposes.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers. We are not responsible for those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. Third-party platform policies and access mechanisms are outside our control and may change.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BayesPost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
