Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, role (brand, agency, operator), and the organization you belong to.
• Operational records — the work operators log or that our browser extension records during normal use: action type (post, comment, account-nurturing), timestamps, target URLs, subreddit, the brand an action is attributed to, and screenshots you capture as evidence (stored with an integrity hash).
• Configuration data — brands, keyword lists, and non-secret data-source settings you enter.
• Publicly observable results — publicly visible metrics related to the operational work being measured (e.g. post performance).
• Usage & technical data — log data, device/browser information, and cookies strictly necessary to operate the Service.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly; payments are handled by our payment provider (see "Payments" below).

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: recording operational work, measuring performance, maintaining continuous history, and generating reports.
• To give authorized brands visibility into the operations performed for them.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account and important changes.

The Service does not automatically post, upvote, or comment, and does not encourage repetitive content operations.

3. How information is shared

• Within an authorized relationship — operational records are visible to the brand and agency parties who are authorized for that data.
• Service providers — infrastructure and processing partners (e.g. our hosting and database providers) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Payment provider — to process subscriptions.
• Legal — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not operate a resale database of third-party platform data.

4. Third-party platforms

Data relating to third-party communities (such as Reddit) is collected only within the scope of the operational work being measured. We follow a policy of restrained collection and storage, clear authorization, and defined purpose, and we monitor and adapt to changes in third-party platform policies and access mechanisms.

5. Data retention, export & your rights

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the authorization period agreed with you. You may request access to, export of, or deletion of data associated with your account, subject to legal and contractual obligations. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and row-level data isolation between organizations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Your payment details are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not store your full card details.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
